Idaho State Police is investigating a property damage crash with blockage northbound Interstate 15 just north of mile post 97,north of Blackfoot, in Bingham County.  The right lane is currently blocked for emergency personnel.  Driver's are advised to use caution in the area.  More information will be released when available.
