Racing Commission

The Commission's primary objective is to maintain the integrity of horse racing and simulcasting in Idaho.

The Idaho State Racing Commission is a self-funded agency.  We are funded through fees collected from licenses, pari-mutuals and simulcasting.  All fees collected are used per Idaho Statute 54-2515.

Licensing will not be done at the Meridian Office for the 2013 season. To apply for a license, please choose one of the following options:

--Mail application materials to our office (we will route to licensing at Les Bois Park)

--Apply in person at Les Bois Park in the Steward's office. (Hours: M, T, Th and F: 9:30a-1:30p. Race Days: open 4 hours before post time.)

--Apply in person at any Fairs track. (Hours: Race Days only, 4 hours before post time.)
