A Latah County Sheriffs Deputy was parked on the southbound shoulder of U.S. Highway 95 near milepost 353 while conducting an enforcement contact. A second deputy arrived to assist and parked on the shoulder behind the first sheriff vehicle. Both sheriff vehicles had overhead emergency lights activated. Pall was traveling south and approached the sheriff vehicles from behind. Pall failed to yield to the sheriff vehicles by moving over far enough to safely pass them. Palls vehicle sideswiped both sheriff vehicles; the deputies were standing on each side of the vehicle that had been stopped. Palls vehicle and the lead sheriff vehicle were towed from the scene due to the damage. There was minor damage to the second sheriff vehicle.
