INCIDENT NARRATIVE: Brian Smith was traveling southbound on US95 at milepost 383.3 when he lost control of the vehicle on icy roads. The vehicle crossed over the center line into the northbound lane and left the roadway from the northbound shoulder. The vehicle rolled one time into the bottom of the ditch line.
