On Monday February 11, 2013, at approximately 09:55 a.m., the Idaho
State Police stopped a 1999 Chevrolet Pickup for a routine traffic
violation on Interstate 86 at milepost 28, near American Falls.  During
the investigation, approximately 1.45 pounds of marijuana was discovered
in the vehicle.  The driver Christopher A. Reynolds, 40, of Cotati,
California was arrested. Reynolds was charged with felony possession of
a controlled substance with intent to deliver and also with possession
of drug paraphernalia.  The marijuana seized has a street value of
approximately $4,000.00.

The investigation is ongoing.
