On December 21, 2012, at approximately 5:15 a.m., the Idaho State Police investigated a single vehicle fatality crash on State Highway 55 at milepost 14, west of Nampa.   A 1993 Mercury Tracer, driven by Arthur Heath, age 42 of Nampa, was driving south when his vehicle went off the shoulder of the road coming to a rest on its side.   Heath was not wearing his seatbelt and was pronounced deceased at the scene.   Next of kin has been notified.
