INCIDENT NARRATIVE: 

Harris was Northbound on Big Canyon Road.  On approach to the junction of US Highway 12, he failed to stop at the intersection and lost control of his vehicle.  Harris vehicle left the roadway and struck a tree.  Harris was not wearing a seatbelt.  Next of kin notified.
