INCIDENT NARRATIVE:  

Heidelberger was Eastbound on US Highway 12. At milepost 16.4 he drove off Eastbound shoulder, lost control of his vehicle and struck an embankment.  Heidelberger was not wearing a seatbelt.  He was transported to St Josephs Regional Medical Center and arrested for DUI after being released from the hospital.
