On Wednesday, November 14, 2012, at 5:10 p.m., the Idaho State Police investigated a two vehicle non-injury crash in the intersection of South Yellowstone Highway and West Sunnyside Road in Idaho Falls. 

Shannon F. Byers, age 39, of Idaho Falls, was driving a Jeep Liberty south on South Yellowstone Highway, getting ready to turn east on to West Sunnyside Road.  Marce M. Jamison, age 41, of Idaho Falls, was traveling north on South Yellowstone Highway, in a 2012 Toyota Camry.  Jamison's vehicle collided with Byers' vehicle in the intersection, causing lane blockage for approximately thirty minutes. Paramedics responded to the scene, but neither driver required medical attention. Both drivers were wearing their seatbelts. 

This crash is under investigation by the Idaho State Police with assistance from the Bonneville County Sheriff's Office.
