INCIDENT NARRATIVE:  Mason was southbound on US95 at milepost 238.  He left the roadway and drove into the ditch.  He re-entered the roadway then drove off onto the southbound shoulder where he crashed into a parked semi tractor and trailer which was in a pull out with its lights on.  Investigation continues.
